Advanced Physical Training for High Performance Athletes

Tier 1 is dedicated to the highest level of strength and conditioning training for hockey players.  The off season is the best time to get stronger, better balanced, with increased power and quickness.

 

Summer Training Program Starts June 7

Our 10 week Summer Training Program will help players develop the strength, power, agility, balance, and cardiovascular conditioning necessary to play their best this fall.  Tier 1 guarantees results through advanced training, mandatory nutrition, regular testing and rest and recovery techniques.  Tier 1 provides a fun, safe and incredibly challenging environment for hockey players of all ages.  Families can choose to train two or three days per week.  Although we have strict limitations on class sizes, we will work with your schedule to make sure athletes get all their training sessions.  Tier 1 also offers a female athlete only program.  Classes are being held, at both our Burr Ridge and Romeoville location, for ages 11– 18.  Morning and evening training sessions are available five days per week.  Program ends August 13, just in time for many fall tryouts.  Visit tier1athleticperformance.com for detailed information and schedules.
